SmartTransit provides an electronic card system for public transportation, allowing users to recharge their transit cards online, check balances, view journey history, and manage multiple cards.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Card Registration and Use

When registering your transit card with our service:

• You must provide accurate card information
• You are responsible for all transactions made with your registered card
• You must report lost or stolen cards immediately
• Card balances are subject to the terms and conditions of the transit authority

5. Payments and Refunds

By making a payment through our Services:

• You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide
• You confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method
• All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
• Refunds are available in limited circumstances and subject to our Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of SmartTransit or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SmartTransit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
